Questions, answered
How do you film our product?
You give us a URL and the credentials of a demo account — a staging environment works fine. A headless browser (Playwright) walks through your app following the storyboard derived from your script, and records real footage of the product in every scene. Nothing is installed in your codebase.
Which presenters and voices are available?
You pick from a library of AI presenters and natural voices (US and UK English at launch), shown in a round medallion over your product footage. On the Scale plan we can clone your own voice, so the demo sounds like your team.
How is this different from Synthesia or HeyGen?
Avatar tools generate a talking head over slides or stock backgrounds. Redemo films your real, live product and puts the presenter on top of it — actual product footage, re-captured at every regeneration, not just an avatar reading a script.
How is this different from Arcade or Storylane?
Interactive tours are click-through widgets — useful, but they are not a video. Redemo produces a real video with voice-over that prospects can watch, share, and that you can post anywhere: your homepage, emails, social, sales decks.
How does the CI / API trigger work?
Grow and Scale plans expose a webhook and an API endpoint, plus a ready-made GitHub Action. Call it from your release pipeline (or click "Regenerate" in the dashboard) and a fresh video is rendered from your live app — same script unless you change it.
Who owns and hosts the videos?
You do. Every render is a 1080p MP4 you can download and self-host, plus a hosted embed if you want it. White-label player and exports are included on Scale. Cancel anytime and keep every video already rendered.
